We currently deliver throughout New Zealand by courier.
Shipping rates
- Urban delivery: $7.90
- Rural delivery: $13.90
Please select rural delivery at checkout if your address is classed as rural. If the wrong option is selected, we may contact you to arrange payment of the difference before sending your order.
Dispatch and delivery
We aim to pack and dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. After dispatch, urban deliveries usually arrive within 1–3 working days and rural deliveries may take 2–5 working days. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Public holidays, busy courier periods, severe weather and remote locations can cause delays.
Tracking details will be emailed when they are available for the courier service used.
Delivery addresses
Please check that your name, address and contact details are complete and correct before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, email hello@malasmeals.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been dispatched.
Missing or damaged deliveries
If your order is late, missing or arrives damaged, please email hello@malasmeals.com with your order number and, for damage, clear photos of the parcel and product. We will follow the delivery up with the courier and work with you to put things right.
Mala’s Meals is responsible for deliveries arranged through our courier. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986.
International delivery
We do not currently ship outside New Zealand.
